Bellair House

Bellair House is an attractive courtyard development of fifty retirement apartments named after the original 'Bellair House'. The development was built by Wimpey Retirement Homes and completed in1986. It is situated about 300 metres from the pedestrianised shopping precinct and about half a mile from the railway station.

Havant is a coastal town lying directly above Langstone Harbour nature reserve and Hayling Island close to Portsmouth on the south coast. The A27 marks its southern borders with the A3(M) to the west. The town has a good range of shops and a busy centre with a mainline station. Nearby is Warblington Castle, a sixteenth century castle of some importance at the time of the Tudors, but which was destroyed during the Civil War. There are numerous other places of interest nearby including Fishbourne, Bosham and Chichester to the east and Portchester to the west.
